If the patient is not in contact

• If you have the name of the village, you can contact PHI staff to track the patient.
• TB Arogya Sathi App (to get contact details of health facilities).
• Make sure if the patient is not staying permanently in your area, then take an alternative address (Permanent address) / Alternative mobile number of friends or relatives to avoid LFU/Untraceable.

If the patient is not getting treatment

• Patient is migrated and not getting treatment from that center, then we can get contact details of all over India DTC/TU/PHI from TB Arogya Sathi APP-Health Facilities.
