• Explore pattern of taking medicines like after having food or empty stomach.
• Eat nutritious food.
• If patient feels nausea during day due to heavy antibiotic medicines, identify suitable time of taking medicines like if patient is more comfortable to take drugs at night after dinner.
• Ask to drink minimum water while taking medicines.
• If tablet having typical smell take drug embedded in banana.
• Avoide substance use.
• Take medical officer’s opinion as early as possible in any ADR.
• Refer to PHC/CHC/DTC/DOT Plus site (as per your district guideline) as soon as possible for medical advice.
